Can I pay by card?

We accept cash or card, we do not accept American Express or cheques.

Can I park outside the salon?

Parking on the street is limited to residential parking. We are located next to Pontacanna fields where the car park is free for the first 2 hours (you must enter your reg into pay and display )

Do I need to book an appointment?

We do advise that you book in advance to avoid disappointment, however, we also accept walk-in appointments if we have availability.  

Sessions

Do I need a patch test?

you are required to have a patch test 48 hours before any Lash or Brow treatment for tinting and lifting.

Can I ask for a specific therapist?

As we pride ourselves on individuality our therapists' skills range widely if you have built a rapport with a therapist or have been recommended you are more than welcome to ask at time of booking.
